Free Shipping on *$125+ orders only applies for the contiguous US, and does not include Hawaii and Alaska, or International.
*A $9.95 shipping fee applies per case of tennis balls, even for orders over $125. All other items over $125 qualify for free shipping.
Orders totaling 10 or more cases of tennis balls qualify for flat rate shipping fee of $100.
All international orders are subject to customs fees and duties. Return policies only apply to the contiguous US and exclude Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and international countries.
Order Changes: Once an order has been shipped, a $10 charge will apply for any changes, including cancellations, swaps, or modifications.
Express Shipping: Orders placed before 12pm EST will be shipped the same day. Demos or restringing not included.
All other orders are usually shipped within 24 hours.

The headliner innovation, Kraibon, manages to increase both the flexibility and stability of the frame without sacrificing power. The ultimate control racket lends supreme feel for the ball on every shot. The racket still utilizes the FS system from the previous model, as well as our high-density foam and HMT carbon.
The Elevate rewards aggressive, precise ball-strikers who like to create their own power with a blend of feel, stability, and comfort in a 16x20 string bed pattern.
