Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on $75+ orders only applies for the contiguous US, and does not include Hawaii and Alaska, or International. There is a $5.95 shipping charge on all ball orders.

All international orders are subject to Customs Fees and Duty. Return policies are only applicable for the contiguous US, and does not include Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico or International countries.

Order Changes: Once an order has been shipped, a $10 charge will apply for any changes, including cancellations, swaps, or modifications.

Express Shipping: Orders placed before 12pm EST will be shipped the same day. Demos or restringing not included.

All other orders are usually shipped within 24 hours.
