Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on $125+ orders only applies for the contiguous US and does not include Hawaii, Alaska, or International orders.

A $9.95 shipping fee applies per case of tennis balls (each case valued at $120).
Orders totaling $550 or more in tennis ball cases qualify for free shipping.

All international orders are subject to customs fees and duties. Return policies only apply to the contiguous US and exclude Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and international countries.

Order Changes: Once an order has been shipped, a $10 charge will apply for any changes, including cancellations, swaps, or modifications.

Express Shipping: Orders placed before 12pm EST will be shipped the same day. Demos or restringing not included.

All other orders are usually shipped within 24 hours.
