1. What is Diadem Sports?

Diadem Sports is a premier sports brand specializing in innovative, high-quality tennis and pickleball equipment designed for athletes of all skill levels. We are passionate about enhancing performance and empowering athletes to play their best.

2. How can I place an order on your website?

To place an order, simply browse our products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. If you have any issues during the checkout process, feel free to call our sales line.

3. What are the shipping options and delivery times?

We offer several shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while express options can be faster. For Next Day and 2nd Day Air Shipping, orders placed before 12pm EST will ship the same day.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! International shipping is available to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated during checkout based on your location.

5. What is your return and exchange policy?

6. How do I file a warranty claim?

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the shipping carrier’s website. If you cannot locate the confirmation email, please request a tracking number by emailing us at info@diademsports.com

8. What do I do if I receive a defective or damaged product?

We’re sorry to hear about the issue with your product! Please contact our customer service team via email within 48 hours of receiving your product with your order number and photos of the defective or damaged item. We’ll make sure to resolve the issue promptly.Our email address is info@daidemsports.com.

9. Are your paddles USAPA approved for tournament play?

Yes, most of Diadem’s paddles meet USAPA specifications and are approved for use in official tournaments. Paddles that are USAPA approved will be stamped by the handle showing the approval. We do also offer some paddles that are not designed for tournament play which are not approved by USAPA. You can find more details on each paddle's product page regarding its specific certifications.

10. How do I care for my Diadem pickleball paddles?

To prolong the life of your equipment, we recommend wiping your paddles with a damp cloth after each use and storing them in a cool, dry place. You can also purchase a Paddle Cleaner from our website!

11. Where can I find product reviews?

You can find customer reviews on each product page under the "Reviews" tab. We encourage our customers to share their feedback, so you can make an informed decision before purchasing.

13. What types of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. For international orders, currency conversion will be handled automatically during checkout.

14. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by emailing us at info@daidemsports.com. If you are trying to cancel, please make sure the word “cancel” is in the subject line of the email. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

15. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer Diadem Sports gift cards in various amounts through our website. You can choose between digital gift cards as well as physical gift cards.

16. Can I customize Diadem products?

At this time, we don’t offer customizations for individual orders. However, if you’re interested in bulk or team orders with customization, please call our sales line for more information.

17. Do you offer discounts for coaches, clubs, or teams?

Yes! We have special pricing for coaches, clubs, and teams. For more information on how to qualify for these discounts, please visit our “Coaches, Directors, and Shops” page or contact us at info@diademsports.com.

18. How do I know which paddle or racket is right for me?

19. Do the Court Burst shoes come with a warranty?

Our Court Burst shoes do not come with any type of warranty. If you have an issue with your shoes please email us at info@daidemsports.com so we can work towards a resolution for you.

20. Can I demo a Diadem pickleball paddle before purchasing?

We do not offer a demo program for our pickleball paddles but our 30 day return policy allows you to return the purchased paddle used for a $20 restocking fee. 

21. Do you offer sponsorship opportunities?

We do offer sponsorships for select athletes and teams. If you’re interested in becoming a sponsored Diadem athlete, visit our “Pickleball Players and Ambassadors” page to apply or you can email us at info@diademsports.com for more information.

22. What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 6 month manufacturers warranty for our performance pickleball paddles. 

23. Do First Responders GET A DISCOUNT?

Yes! All current and former First Responders can fill out the First Responder application to gain access to exclusive discounts and packages! You can find the application by clicking the drop-down menu on the right side of our website, clicking "Team Diadem" and then clicking "First Responders".
