Free Shipping on *$125+ orders only applies for the contiguous US, and does not include Hawaii and Alaska, or International.
*A $9.95 shipping fee applies per case of tennis balls, even for orders over $125. All other items over $125 qualify for free shipping.
Orders totaling 10 or more cases of tennis balls qualify for flat rate shipping fee of $100.
All international orders are subject to customs fees and duties. Return policies only apply to the contiguous US and exclude Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and international countries.
Order Changes: Once an order has been shipped, a $10 charge will apply for any changes, including cancellations, swaps, or modifications.
Express Shipping: Orders placed before 12pm EST will be shipped the same day. Demos or restringing not included.
All other orders are usually shipped within 24 hours.

The racket also incorporates Kraibon, an advanced elastomer borrowed from the worlds of motorsports and aerospace, to reduce vibrations and enhance comfort. Diadem’s Flex Stabilization System (FS) has been upgraded to FS3, combining three carbon fiber ribs with HMT Carbon and high-density foam placed strategically throughout the frame.
