You may demo up to three (3) rackets per order, with a limit of one (1) racket per style. Each demo racket is temporarily charged at $80. The demo period is 10 days.
Once you return the demo rackets in good, playable condition, we’ll issue a partial refund, bringing your total cost to just $20 (plus any applicable shipping fees).
Example: If you demo 3 rackets, you’ll be charged $240 upfront. Once the rackets are returned, you’ll receive a $220 refund, making your final cost $20.
Returns must be completed within 10 days of receiving the rackets. Rackets must be in good condition with only normal wear.

Keep demo for 10 days and return with included FedEx Shipping label. Order includes FedEx Ground Shipping and return label for a strung demo racket. Demo customers will also be given a $25 credit toward their first racket or racket package purchase.
Note: Demos may need servicing prior to shipping, therefore orders are not guaranteed to ship next day. Delays are occasional and typically no longer than 2 business days.
