Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy applicable only to the contiguous US, and does not include Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico or International countries.

All new products, with the exception of products under our “Pickleball Paddle Return Policy” or our “Exceptions / non-returnable items”, will follow this return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Accessories that have been opened are ineligible for return and will be shipped back if sent to us.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Pickleball Paddle Return Policy

Diadem has a unique return policy that applies ONLY to our pickleball paddle category. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. 

If your paddle is completely new and unused, in its original packaging and condition, you will receive a full refund (not including shipping & handling). If the paddle has been used and is not in its new condition, you are still eligible to return the paddle within 30 days for a refund but will be charged a $20 restocking fee. This restocking fee allows players a low-risk opportunity to try any of our paddles for only the cost of the $20 restocking fee. 

Tennis Racket Return Policy

For rackets, they must be unused and have original tags and packaging. Custom products and custom-strung rackets are final sale and cannot be returned. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once a return is received and inspected to ensure it is in new condition we will approve a refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Footwear Return PolicyDiadem offers a 30-day return policy on all footwear items. This means that eligible returns can be sent back for a refund or credit within 30 days of receiving your item. All return requests must be reviewed and approved before the return is accepted. If the shoes show any signs of wear or use, we are unable to approve the return.

Multi exchanges may be allowed at the discretion of Diadem Sports, depending on order history and product condition.

To be eligible for a footwear return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn and unused, with all tags and original packaging intact. If there is any noticeable wear on the shoes, including dirt on the sole of the shoe, your return will not be accepted. Additionally, you will need to provide our returns team with your order number or proof of purchase.

If a return is approved, our team will provide a return label and deduct a $10 restocking/shipping fee from your refund. Once a return is received and inspected to ensure it's in proper condition, we will approve the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, such as custom products (i.e. special orders or personalized items), "limited edition" items, or sale items. Close-Out sale items are not eligible for returns and/or refunds.

Please note that all tennis balls and pickleballs are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Due to the nature of these products and quality control standards, we cannot accept returns once they have left our facility.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
We have a 30-day exchange policy. For your items to be eligible for an exchange they must be unused and unworn with all tags and original packaging intact. For footwear, If there is any noticeable wear on the shoes, your return will not be accepted. Limited to 1 exchange per order. Your exchange order is ineligible for a refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. For pickleball paddle refunds, please reference our Pickleball Paddle Return Policy to determine if you qualify for a full refund or if you will be charged a $20 restocking fee.

Authorized Seller - Returns

Diadem Sports offers a limited warranty for products purchased directly from Diadem Sports or its authorized retailers. Our products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for up to 120 days from the date of purchase or for the maximum period allowed by the laws of your jurisdiction, if less. Unfortunately, we cannot warrant the quality of products handled by distributors outside of our carefully selected network of partners.

In order to qualify for warranty service, the original purchaser must furnish proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or receipt issued by Diadem Sports or one of its authorized resellers. This warranty is exclusively applicable to the original purchaser of the products and is not transferable.

The goal of this warranty policy is to assure that our products meet the standards set by Diadem Sports. We are committed to providing a high-quality experience for our valued customers.
