Diadem bad business bad BS!!

i ordered a paddle cover for my warrior paddle the paddle cover came and it was too small called the office in florida spoke to the person and told him that there must be imperfections cuz i have another one which is big and perfect,the guy told me they would send me a new one out and he never even sent it it it such a bad business profile to let the customer that you are gonna send a new paddle cover which cost like 99 cents from china and they just BS you and dont even send it shame on you Mark Owens
